Regular and On-demand Home Nursing Care: Hohoemi Time
Regular and on-demand home nursing care (Tei-ki Jun-kai, 定期巡回)is a service designed to help those who need care to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their homes.
This service provides regular visits and on-demand responses, offering flexible support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Depending on our user's health conditions, we visit their homes to provide not only bathing, toileting, and eating assistance but also on-demand support in cases of urgent daily needs.
We help our users achieve a peace of their minds by providing care services aimed to support their recuperative lives and maintain and or improve their physical and mental functions.
At Hohoemi Time, not only do careworkers make visits to our users, but our nurses also make their rounds, allowing users to receive an integrated care between medical and nursing services.
Choshukai also offers accommodation in our senior-friendly housing facilities, Hohoemi House Ichibankan and Nibankan. Residing in Hohoemi House allows for our careworkers, nurses, and also doctors to visit residents multiple times a day, even if this is not as a service requested through Hohoemi Time.
All of our nursing and medical staff greet and check in on our residents’s healths throughout the day.
Unlike other nursing facilities in the area, we build close relationships with our residents and users, allowing for them and their families to feel safe and secured.
Benefits of Regular and On-Demand Home Nursing Care /
Tei-ki Jun-kai
1. 24-Hour On-Demand Support and VisitsAn "operator" who is either a careworker or a nurse is always on standby, making it possible to contact them throughout the day and night.
For those living alone or whose families live far away, operators can provide telephone support (on-demand support) or visit (on-demand visit) as necessary.
2. Limitations on the Number of Monthly Visits for Home Care Services
Under the current national nursing care regulations, the general home nursing care scheme that many institutions provide has a limit on the number of medical services that can be requested in a day.
Therefore, those who require multiple medical care per day (such as gastric tube feeding or insulin injections) may not be able to receive sufficient care.
With regular and on-demand home nursing care / Tei-ki Jun-kai, users can receive the necessary medical and nursing support as needed, allowing for continuous medical and caregiving support.
